Prices

At DANSK DART UNION, all prices are in euros. We reserve the right to change prices from day to day without prior consent. Sold out items are subject to availability.

Payment

DANSK DART UNION accepts payment by VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, and MobilePay. Payment will only be debited from your account when the item is dispatched. All amounts are in EUR. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors and for items that are sold out or discontinued.

Delivery

After receiving payment, you will receive a confirmation email, which serves as your final confirmation that your registration is registered.

Complaints

We provide a 2-year warranty in accordance with the Sales of Goods Act. Our warranty covers defects in material and/or workmanship. You can have the item repaired, replaced, refunded, or receive a price reduction, depending on the specific situation. The warranty does not cover defects or damages caused by incorrect handling of the product/service. You must notify us of the defect/error within a “reasonable time” after discovering it. DANSK DART UNION will cover return costs to a reasonable extent.

Refund

For refunds, please provide bank details such as account number and sort code so that the agreed amount can be transferred. These details can be provided by email or other electronic means without risk, as they are not sensitive information and will only be used for refund purposes.

Right of Withdrawal

You have a 14-day full right of withdrawal for items purchased in our webshop.

Purchases of tickets for events or event-related additional products such as food tickets, accommodation, transport, etc. are subject to the “Act on Certain Consumer Contracts – §17 (2) and §9 (2) no. 2a” – not covered by the right of withdrawal. If an event is canceled, the ticket will be refunded automatically, and the amount will be credited back to the payment account. Fees are non-refundable. The period is counted from the day;

You receive the order.
You receive the last item in physical possession, in the case of an agreement for multiple different items ordered in one order but delivered separately or in multiple installments.
You receive the last batch or last part in physical possession, in the case of an agreement for delivery of goods consisting of several batches/parts.
The first item in physical possession, in the case of regular delivery of goods over a certain period. You are responsible for return costs. Cancellation must be notified to us no later than 14 days after purchase, and from the cancellation, you must return the shipment no later than 14 days after. The notice must be given by email to info@dart-ddu.dk. In the notice, you must clearly indicate that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. You cannot withdraw by simply refusing to accept the item without also clearly notifying us.

Items Exempt from the Right of Withdrawal

The following types of items are not covered by the right of withdrawal:

Items that are made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized.
Sealed items that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons if the seal is broken after delivery.
Items that, by their nature, are inseparably mixed with other items upon delivery.
Items where the seal has been broken.
Non-financial services that have begun with the consumer’s prior express consent and acknowledgment that the right of withdrawal ceases when the service is fully performed.
Delivery of digital content not supplied on a physical medium if the performance has begun with the consumer’s prior express consent and acknowledgment that they thereby lose their right of withdrawal.
Newspapers, journals, or magazines, except for subscription agreements for such publications.
Agreements concluded at a public auction.
Items that deteriorate or expire quickly.
Tickets or event-related products such as food tickets, booking of transport, or accommodation, etc.

Return

You must return your order without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have exercised your right of withdrawal. You must bear the direct costs associated with the return. When returning, you are responsible for ensuring that the item is properly packaged. You must enclose a copy of the order confirmation. Processing is faster if you also fill out and enclose our Withdrawal Form. You bear the risk of the item from the time of its delivery until we have received it back. We do not accept packages sent cash on delivery.

Condition of the Item upon Return

You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the item caused by handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, properties, and functioning of the item. In other words, you can try the item in the same way as if you were examining it in a physical store.

If the item has been tried beyond what is described above, it is considered used. This means that upon withdrawal of the purchase, you will receive a partial or no refund, depending on the commercial value of the item at the time of receipt of the return. To receive a full refund, you must therefore try the item without actually using it.

Refund

If you withdraw your purchase, you will of course receive the amount you have paid to us back. In case of a decrease in value, for which you are responsible, this amount will be deducted from the purchase amount. Upon exercise of the right of withdrawal, all payments received from you, including delivery costs (excluding additional costs due to your choice of a different delivery method than the cheapest standard delivery method offered by us), will be refunded without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date we received notice of your decision to exercise the right of withdrawal. Repayment will be made using the same payment method as you used for the original transaction, unless you expressly agreed otherwise. We may withhold the refund until we have received the item back, unless you have provided documentation of having returned it before then.
